    Just a New Hotel's Growing Pains

    The location was fantastic, great to explore the surrounding area without stress. The staff was friendly was good.

    Unfortunately, many advertised amenities like the pool and bar were not operational, which diminished our experience. We faced issues with basic services that were frustrating.

    staying here made it super easy to explore almost 2 km to Xuan Huong Lake and just under a 15-minute walk to the iconic Crazy House, perfect for a weekend wander without the need for a car.

    Couple getaway but could be better

    Breakfast was great every day the chef Andrew changed the menu so we enjoyed that. The restaurant staff were efficient making sure we had a good experience.

    It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the services provided.

    I had a wonderful couple of nights at this hotel, enjoying the changing breakfast menu crafted by chef andrew. The staff were attentive. My experience here was much better than my previous stays in da lat.

    While the hotel boasts a luxurious rating, the pool and bar were not operational , which reminded me of a major miss for a supposed 5-star experience. Housekeeping missed some key cleaning details in my room, like not replacing bathroom towels on certain days, which caught me off guard. Basic services like ensuring chilled wine after ordering repeatedly fell short was great.

    The newly renovated Beautiful Double Room felt comfortable and cute. Staff were friendly, with Jade providing useful insights into local attractions. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to daily changes in the menu crafted by chef Andrew, who was attentive to guest feedback. Some areas of the hotel didn't quite meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall upkeep, which could be improved. The location is convenient, but slightly noisy at times due to nearby traffic.

    Our beautiful double room felt newly renovated and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. It's within a short distance to xuan huong lake, perfect for leisurely walks.
